Extracting a RedVision configuration
In the RedVision Configurator app, make sure the Display is showing the Bluetooth® Pairing Advertising screen (see Connecting to the RedVision Pro Display via the Configurator App).
Once the App has read the system it, tap Settings and select Share Config.
This file can be shared with REDARC Customer Support for assistance troubleshooting or adjusting a configuration.
Uploading a RedVision configuration
Save the new configuration to your device and remember the saved location.
Open the RedVision configurator app.
Tap on Import Config.
Select the file from your device.
Select Download Config
Tap on Program
Accept any disclaimers.
If asked for a Bluetooth® code, this will be displayed on the RedVision screen.
The app will then run through programming the screen. On success the app will display success return to dashboard and the screen will reboot.
