On the Tow-Pro Link, SwayStop Plus™ extends braking until the sway stops, even after the button is released.

SwayStop™
SwayStop™ applies the trailer brakes independently of the vehicle brakes to correct trailer‑sway during travel.
SwayStop™ applies the trailer brakes even if the vehicle is not braking; it will also illuminate the trailer brake lights and the Remote LED will turn red. Depending on the vehicle wiring it may also illuminate the vehicle brake lights.
SwayStop Plus™
Only available on the Tow-Pro Link.
Once activated by the driver, SwayStop Plus™ will continue to apply the trailer brakes until it no longer detects the sway event, even after the SwayStop™ button is released.
If I'm experiencing a sway event and press the SwayStop Plus™ button, will accelerating cancel SwayStop Plus™?
No, once activated, SwayStop Plus™ will continue to apply brakes to the trailer until the sway event has stopped. However, in some instances, accelerating might help to realign and straighten out the vehicle and trailer during a sway event.
