I ORDERED THE WRONG PRODUCTS, CAN I CANCEL, RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY ORDER?
We can understand you may order the wrong product or accessories. If your order was placed less than 24 hours ago, we will endeavour to intercept the order. Please contact us via the enquiry form below.
We will happily exchange a product for you if it is still in the original packaging and has not been used. Shipping costs will be incurred by the customer. To ensure you meet all requirements for a product to be exchanged – read our exchange guidelines here.

REDARC do not offer refunds or store credit for change of mind.
Exchanges can be processed within 14 days from purchase, if purchased from redarcelectronics.com/au.Freight costs will covered by the customer and vary depending on type of goods, size, weight and delivery location etc.
For a product to be accepted for exchange, it must be in its original sale condition, unused and still in it’s original packaging with all parts and documents.
